Learn to calculate exact time of Brahma Muhurta

Today I will share with all the science for 'Brahma Muhurta' calculation.

As per Hindu astrological sciences there are 30 muhurtas in a day.

Now each day has 24 hours; that comes to 1440 minutes.

Hence each muhurta duration is of 1440/30 = 48 minutes.

The first muhurta commences at the sunrise.

And the 29th muhurta of the day is the Brahma Muhurta.

So, Brahma Muhurta is 1Hr 36Mins before sunrise, and it lasts for 48 minutes.

Let us consider a scenario. Suppose the sunrise time in your city is 7:00 AM.

So the Brahma Muhurta in your city will commence at 5:24 AM and will last till 6:12 AM.

Since the sunrise time varies for zones & seasons, we all need to come up to our accurate Brahma Muhurta timings.
